Please be advised that, due to the number of checks included in the Second Distribution, distribution checks will be mailed out by the Wind-Down Debtor in batches over a period of multiple weeks.
If your check status says PENDING, it has not mailed yet. If your check status says MAILED, the check is with the U.S. Postal Service for mailing via First Class Mail. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
Please note, if your check does not arrive, the update address feature will be reinstated in a couple of months and you will have the opportunity to request a replacement check be sent to you to either the same address or your updated address.
