Why am I unable to create an account on the Voyager website?

The Voyager website account feature is reserved for holders of allowed claims in Voyager’s bankruptcy cases. If you are a non-customer creditor and filed a timely claim, you should have received communications from the Court if your claim is being objected to.  Otherwise, you should be able to create an account with the email associated with your filed claim. If you are unable to, please contact us and select the category Non-customer Creditor.
