How do I complete the setup to view my Claim and Recovery on the Voyager website?

You should have received an email with the below instructions for setting up your website account.  

  1. Click the link in the email that says, “SETUP ACCOUNT”.

Enter the email currently associated with your Voyager account and click “Confirm email”. For your security, only your Voyager-associated email will work for this initial step. 

  1. Return to your inbox and open the email titled, “Complete your account setup” and click the link titled, “SETUP PASSWORD”. This email will be sent from no-reply@investvoyager.com. 
  2. Enter a secure password for your account and click “Confirm password”.
  3. You are now logged in and will be redirected to view your personalized claim and recovery page.

If you cannot find the above referenced email, you may open your account by visiting www.investvoyager.com and clicking “LOG IN” in the upper right hand corner to complete the account setup.
