There is a known bug we are actively working to fix that is impacting the password request link!
If you're using autofill, it's adding an extra space at the end of your entry and is causing the glitch. So, if you enter your email address and then don't receive a reset email, check to see if the autofill is on your phone. If it is, you have two options:
- Type in your email; or
- Let your email autofill and hit backspace to get rid of the extra space that's being added.
