The first step you should take in securing your account is ensuring you have a strong password. Additionally, please be sure to never share your password with anyone else. Please know that Voyager support will never ask you for your password. Once you have a strong password, be sure to enable Authenticator 2FA within your Voyager account. SMS 2 factor authentication is the default setting within your Voyager account, please see below on instructions on how to switch to Authenticator 2FA.
When using Authenticator 2FA, please be sure to keep track of your back-up recovery codes. Lastly, please maintain due diligence of your own account’s security and your device’s security. Please be alert of any phishing attacks, and do not hesitate to contact Voyager support (email@example.com) if you suspect your account’s security may have been compromised.
