Please confirm that your new Voyager account is under the same email address as your former Circle account.  


If not, take the following steps: 


1. Sign Out of your current Voyager account

2. Navigate back to the Voyager app > Log In

3. Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password:



How to Reset Your Password:

1. Click on Log In from the starting view

2. Upon login, tap “Forgot my password” and type in the email address designated primary with Circle

3. Check your inbox for a reset password email from us

4. Reset your password & confirm your personal information

5. Log in with your credentials.
