There are different steps if you would like to update a known password or if you have forgotten your password. The below instructions covers both scenarios:
If you would like to update your password and you are logged into the Voyager app:
1. Tap the user icon at the top left of the app to access the “Account” page.
2. Tap "Settings.”
3. Tap "Password Reset" and look for an email to the address connected to your Voyager account containing further instructions on how to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset:
Tap the “Forgot Password” link on the log-in page of our app and follow the instructions to reset your password.
You must have access to the current email address associated with your Voyager account to reset your password.
