There are several reasons why your Recurring Buy would not execute successfully. Here are some examples of why your buy may have failed:

  • You reached your daily USD deposit limit.

  • You reached your instant deposit limit.

  • Your bank account is no longer linked.

  • Your Voyager account is no longer in good standing.

  • Voyager could be experiencing network connectivity issues or maintenance/downtime.


In the event that your Recurring Buy fails, we will send you an email notification.  Failed recurring buys will not be reinitiated until the next scheduled buy.
