There are several reasons why your Recurring Buy would not execute successfully. Here are some examples of why your buy may have failed:
You reached your daily USD deposit limit.
You reached your instant deposit limit.
Your bank account is no longer linked.
Your Voyager account is no longer in good standing.
Voyager could be experiencing network connectivity issues or maintenance/downtime.
In the event that your Recurring Buy fails, we will send you an email notification. Failed recurring buys will not be reinitiated until the next scheduled buy.
