There are a number of reasons why an account may be held in a pending status. As you may know, Voyager works to ensure each user is compliant with our regulatory requirements and time may be required to verify submitted documents. When a user does not pass the initial review, our support team will reach out via email and request additional documents for review and determination. During that time, the account remains in a pending status. Please note that the provision of these identifying documents does not guarantee that your account will ultimately be approved.
