How long will it take for my account to be verified after submitting my documents?

Due to the extraordinary growth we are experiencing at this time, all new users and some pre-existing users with $0 balances are on our waitlist. Users will be notified and granted access on a rolling basis. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact timing on this, but our team is working hard to provide access to all as soon as possible. Similarly, we strive to review all documents for accounts pending approval as soon as possible after they are submitted. We will notify you once your documents have been reviewed and your account is approved.
