Debtor is engaged in litigation with Alameda Ventures Ltd (FTX) regarding certain claims asserted by and against FTX. Finally, the Wind-Down Debtor is engaged in discussions with a variety of parties regarding the potential sale of certain assets remaining in the estate. The Wind-Down Debtor will continue to explore all transactions that benefit the estates and their creditors.
