Where do I file a Claim in-app?

Proofs of claim were required to be filed on or before the General Bar Date of October 3, 2022, at 5:00 pm (ET). You should have received an email from “Voyager Digital Restructuring” in September 2022, which provided a unique link and personal identification number to allow you to view how Voyager listed your account holdings. If you agreed with Voyager’s records as filed, you did not need to complete and submit a claim form; no further action was required. If you disagreed with Voyager’s record of your account holdings, you were required to file a proof of claim date before the October 3, 2022, General Bar Date.
